Our Packages

AND HOW THEY WORK

We appreciate that it can be quite a daunting thought of giving your accounts over to an accounting firm, however we have made the process extremely simple and it works in just 3 simple steps – all online!

1. SIGN UP

Choose whichever package option suits you and a member of our team will contact you to confirm a few details and then sign you up. You will then receive an email with a link to setup your direct debit and also your login details for your very own Cloud Accounting Account.

2. UPLOAD RECEIPTS & INVOICES

Once signed up you’ll have unlimited access to your own cloud account where you can easily upload receipts and invoices. If you’re in a rush, our system even allows you to take a picture on your mobile phone and upload that instead! So it’s the quickest and easiest way of getting your receipts and invoices updated for us to sort your accounts.

3. WE TAKE CARE OF THE REST

So once we have a register of all your ongoing receipts and invoices we will begin the process of logging your income and expenditure and continue to bookkeep all of your ongoing accounts. When the time comes we will then provide you with your year-end accounts and will also complete and submit your tax return(s) on your behalf. If you ever struggle with anything don’t forget we’re just a message or phone-call away so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Once you’ve signed up and registered for your monthly payment option, you will be given your very own Monthly Accounting Cloud Technology login details which enable you to access your own account. Within this account you simply need to upload your receipts and invoices and we take care of the rest…it really is that simple! If you’re transferring over to us from another system then we also offer free account migration which enables us to import your current business account details to ensure everything works seamlessly moving forward.

Then when the time is ready we will provide you with your year-end accounts, showing profit or loss, expenditure and taxable deductions etc and then also complete and submit your tax returns on your behalf – all inclusive of your monthly fee.
